The Challenge
To better understand the growth of the oxide layer, time critical comparisons between voltage and current were required so that oxide growth can be calculated as a proportion to its resistance.
The Solution
We provided an automated test system using the LabVIEW development environment to dramatically reduce testing time and increase accuracy.
