British Rowing is the governing body in England for the sport of rowing. We build a LabVIEW GUI software that reads loggers and provides a clean interface to analyse the data set.

GE Aviation

GE Aviation is the top supplier of aircraft engines in the world and offers engines for the majority of commercial aircraft. We have sold a few XY Plotter systems to them.

GlaxoSmithKline

GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK) is a global pharmaceutical, biologics, vaccines and consumer healthcare company. It is the world’s third largest pharmaceutical company and has a portfolio of products for major disease areas including asthma, cancer, virus control, infections, mental health, diabetes and digestive conditions. It also has a large consumer healthcare division which produces and markets oral healthcare products, nutritional drinks and over-the-counter medicines, including Sensodyne, Horlicks and Gaviscon. We have build a sound and vibration test system for them.

Goodrich Corporation is an aerospace manufacturing company. We have sold a few our XY Plotter systems to them and have helped program their systems in LabVIEW.

Honeywell

Honeywell International, Inc. is a major conglomerate company that produces a variety of consumer products, engineering services, and aerospace systems. We have built a variety of test systems used for their aerospace division.

JCB

JCB manufactures construction equipment. It also makes loaders (wheeled; backhoe, skid steer), excavators (mini, midi; tracked, wheeled), telescopic handlers, rough terrain forklifts, high speed tractors. We have worked on a test system for them powered by LabVIEW.

Johnson Matthey

Johnson Matthey is a multinational chemicals and precious metals company. We have built a couple of test systems that communicates with serial and GPIB devices using LabVIEW.

Mars Drinks

Mars Drinks are the manufacturers of Flavia, the single-cup coffee machine and Klix, the drinks vending machine. We have worked on a project that tests both of those systems.

Meggitt is a leading engineering business specialising in aerospace equipment. We have built a few test rigs powered by LabVIEW.

Mercedes-Benz HighPerformanceEngines

Mercedes-Benz HighPerformanceEngines Ltd. (previously known as Mercedes-Ilmor) is a Formula One engine manufacturer, owned by Mercedes-Benz. Since 1995, their engines have powered McLaren’s Formula One cars. For the 2009 season, Mercedes-Benz also supplied the Brawn GP and Force India teams with engines. Since 2010, Mercedes supplies McLaren, Force India and the new Mercedes-Benz works team, Mercedes GP. We worked on their sound and vibration test system.

Raymarine is a manufacturer of electronic equipment for marine use. We built a system that is used to test their satellite transponder.

Rolls Royce

Rolls is the world’s second-largest maker of aircraft engines and also has major businesses in the marine propulsion and energy sectors. We have built a few test systems for them using PXI and cRIO hardware along with LabVIEW software.

Siemens

Siemens Magnet Technology manufactures MRI machines. We have built a few test systems powered by LabVIEW.

Swansea Materials Research & Testing Ltd

Swansea Materials Research & Testing Ltd (SMaRT) has been incorporated to combine two long standing areas of expertise at Swansea University – world class mechanical characterisation of advanced structural materials and the academic interpretation of the mechanisms controlling deformation and fracture. We designed a specialist data capturing software program that was essential to the development of their mechanical testing laboratories at the Institute of Structural Materials. Since then, the partnership has grown and now involves working together on complex bespoke mechanical testing control software.
